What happens when your breathe? For me the breathe creates awareness or the body and mind. Consiously breathing in the areas of tightness create relaxation. It takes concentration and internal focus – which in turn creates concentration and meditation. For Yoga the these are “main building blocks” of the practice. Breathe + concentration = meditation. Add movement and you will have breathing moving meditation to “purify” the body. That’s what the Rocket is all about. Breathing, moving with awareness to create transformation through meditation. The best part of Rocket is that you will reach meditation and transformation, discovering the poses, or just the awareness of the present – by breathing, turning into to You, moving or just feeling, completely up to you – It’s Yoga! #RocketYoga #itsyoga
